Project Manager - SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects (implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers, and testers.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and maintain project progress in Jira.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive change management and adoption of new SAP solutions across the organization.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Project Manager managing SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, or related).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
• Proficiency in Jira for project management and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• PMP, CSM, or Agile-related certification is an advantage.
