Job Description

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
Manage SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA, etc.).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PM, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, and documentation.
Monitor project progress and proactively manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
Manage external vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Conduct regular project governance meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, ASAP, Activate, etc.).
