PosiƟon Overview: The ATWS project aims to enhance railway safety by automating train warning mechanisms, ensuring timely alerts a to prevent accidents. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to successful deployment and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities: 1. Taking approvals from WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination) and railway authorities for the wireless user license. 2. Manage project team, including engineers, technicians, and other relevant roles. 3. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, promoting teamwork and collaboration. 4. Address any issues or roadblocks that arise during project execution, making real decisions to keep the project on track. 5. Schedule regular testing and validation visits (every 15 days) of the system to identify and address any defects or issues during warranty and AMC/ARC period 6. Any issues reported by buyer must be resolved within 48 hours. You can depute a resident on site engineer and take extra spare equipment for prompt aŌer sales service. Key Deliverables: 1. A detailed document outlining the project scope, objecƟves, Ɵmeline, milestones, resource allocaƟon, and budget. 2. Regular updates on project progress, including current status, upcoming tasks, risks, and issues, submiƩed to stakeholders and senior management. 3. Detailed financial reports tracking expenditures against the budget, highlighƟng any variances and correcƟve acƟons. 4. DocumentaƟon ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, including test results and quality audits. 5. A complete overview of the project’s performance, including achievements and recommendaƟons for future projects.
