Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of IT projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, support) to ensure timely deliverables.
Gather and understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and presentations.
Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
Manage stakeholder communication and act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA/Management background is a plus).
1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator in an IT company.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
Excellent communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
