Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Delhi NCR

CTC: ₹16–17 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality.
• Track and standardize project KPIs and engineering metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect rates, etc.).
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
• Create and maintain key artifacts — project plans, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and business teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across US and UK clients.
• Promote best practices in Agile, SDLC, and process optimization.

Mandatory Requirements

• PMP Certification – mandatory
• B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or related field (Full-time)
• 5–8 years of total experience, including 3–5 years in Project Management (IT Software Industry)
• Proven experience managing engineering KPIs, Agile metrics, and SDLC lifecycle
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with US/UK-based clients and global delivery teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Prior experience in development, QA, or business analysis roles
• Exposure to Power BI for report automation
• Familiarity with AI-based tools like GitHub Co-Pilot
• Experience leading cross-functional or PMO teams
