About The Role
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, identifying resources, and managing timelines.

Manage project budget and ensure financial control.

Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.

Implement best practices in project management methodologies (Agile etc.).

Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet company standards.

Continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes and improve team efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile etc.) and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira)
