Job Description

Patanjali Herbal Research Division works on documentation, analysis, designing and project executions of different themes in the alignment of aims and scope of Patanjali institutions. Around 150 well trained scientists with different expertise in Botany, Taxonomy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc. Work together on several academic research projects related to plant- based medicine, yoga and any such related field towards conducting extensive research for scientific and empirical evidence in support of therapeutic effects of selected areas. Several research and review articles are published in journals of national as well as international repute having a global visibility for Yoga and Ayurveda with supportive and authenticated data. This division aims to develop systematized and validated research work that shall be highly useful for scientists, researchers and industry experts engaged in the work related to research, development and promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda.


Job Profile for Project Manager (Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and Tripura)

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution and monitoring of large-scale government projects across Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Tripura. The role requires deep understanding of state and central government procedures, coordination with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely and compliant project delivery.


Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing complex, multi-sectoral projects, preferably involving government or public sector assignments.
  • Proven experience in handling multi-state government projects.
  • Demonstrated competence in leadership, coordination, communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, process optimization and project efficiency improvement.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:


  • Planning, execution and monitoring of government-funded projects across assigned states.
  • Coordination with State Government Departments, District Administrations, PSUs and Central Government agencies.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, quality standards and risk mitigation measures.
  • Identification of implementation challenges and initiation of corrective measures.
  • Allocation of responsibilities to project teams and supervision of task execution.
  • Preparation and submission of MIS reports, progress notes, dashboards and review presentations for senior officials.
  • Ensuring adherence to organizational policies, government guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Managing field-level operations, including work in remote and tribal regions.


Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of government work procedures in MP, Odisha and Tripura.
  • Experience in infrastructure, rural development, urban development or social sector projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in government tendering portals, MIS systems and documentation.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
