As we grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities


Project Planning & Coordination


* Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plans

* Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure design feasibility

* Align procurement timelines with site execution schedules

* Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies


Stakeholder Coordination


* Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flow

* Facilitate timely decision-making and approvals to avoid delays


Site Supervision & Execution


* Oversee installation works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furniture

* Monitor contractor performance and resolve on-site challenges

* Ensure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works

* Conduct safety checks and enforce EHS compliance


Quality Control & Compliance


* Review and approve drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and milestone completions

* Ensure material quality and finish match client expectations

* Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations


Reporting & Documentation


* Maintain daily/weekly/monthly progress reports

* Track material approvals, change orders, and pending actions

* Ensure handover documentation and final billing are complete


Risk & Conflict Management


* Address delays and site conflicts proactively

* Mediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflow

* Prepare contingency plans for resource or material shortages


Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination


* Mentor site engineers and supervisors

* Evaluate vendor performance and suggest alternatives as needed

* Train teams in execution best practices for high-end commercial interiors


Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)

* 5–8 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outs

* Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools
