Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with software developers, UI/UX designers, QA testers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid depending on project).
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software products that meet client requirements.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for Agile teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships (if applicable).
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
• Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Project Manager in a software development or IT services company.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP).
• Experience working with distributed or remote software development teams.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
