Qualifications and Expertise (mandatory) Good understanding of IT Application and/or Infrastructure topics Hands-on infrastructure project delivery expertise English Advance Significant expertise in an international context Strong interest for IT and willing to work on complex challenging projects University degree or postgraduate degree levelQualifications Expertise and (preferred) PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL certified Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExpertise Competencies TechnicalExpertise and Capabilities Good knowledge of Project Management principles Excellent track record for leading projects, managing action plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, etc Expertise in managing Project budgets (including staff, hardware, and software costs) and providing monthly forecasting and reporting Able to challenge stakeholders (clients, vendors, technical experts, etc ) to optimize project activities and costs Good understanding of technical dependencies between Infrastructure ApplicationsNon-Technical Expertise Strong Customer focus Able to lead matrix teams and establish credibility with all stakeholders Team service Ability to facilitate the meeting of peers, enable discussion that leads toward resolution and communicate results to management Action / results-oriented, energetic, and positive to drive key activities and initiatives to completion that meet the joint goals of AXA Tech and its ClientsManagerial Expertise Team management (may / may not have direct hierarchical management) Mobilize a project team: share relevant information, seek to convince, know how to listen, promote team spirit
