Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, including resource coordination, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and manage project risks, changes, and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication at all stages of the project.
• Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and compliance records.
• Drive process improvements to enhance project execution and delivery standards.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards as per company norms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, preferably in the telecom/networking/SD-WAN domain.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and tools (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Proven experience managing technical projects involving last-mile connectivity, SD-WAN, or enterprise networking infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
