Project Manager

Position Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for residential, commercial, and villa construction projects. The role involves planning, budgeting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the defined timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities from start to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans in line with project goals.
• Manage site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to identify technical requirements and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor management.
• Track project progress, monitor timelines, and control costs to minimize deviations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to resolve site-related issues.
• Manage handover documentation, snag lists, and ensure successful project closure.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Excellent understanding of civil construction techniques, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and monitoring tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality control standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: 8–15 years of experience in end-to-end construction project management.
• Preferred Industry: Residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹721,113.20 - ₹1,241,913.89 per year
