Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Design Experience Required: 2 Years Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in the interior design industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end interior design projects—from concept to completion—ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple residential and/or commercial interior projects simultaneously Coordinate with in-house designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications Handle client communications, providing regular updates and resolving any issues promptly Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers Maintain documentation including BOQs, timelines, design approvals, and handover checklists Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 2–3 years of hands-on project management experience in the interior design industry Strong understanding of design processes, construction methods, and materials Proficiency in project management tools and basic design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.) Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Show more Show less
