Operations Head

Job Title: Operations Manager – Interior Design Location: Pune Company: Modern Habitat Interior Group Experience: 8–9 years in the interior design or architectural industry Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations of interior design projects – from concept to completion Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Implement and manage operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability Develop and monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for all ongoing projects Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site Manage procurement and inventory of materials, ensuring timely availability Track project progress and generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client use Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff Continuously evaluate workflows and introduce best practices and tools for operational excellence Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business  Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field 8–9 years of relevant experience in operations within the interior design or architecture industry Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google sheets) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously Show more Show less
