Senior Interior Designer

Experience Required: 4-5 Years Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and client-focused Senior Interior Designer with 4 to 5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interiors and a proven track record in sales . You will lead design projects from concept to execution, while also playing a key role in client interactions, sales pitching, and driving revenue through design-led solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design & Execution Lead the entire design process from conceptualization to final delivery. Develop mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed working drawings. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with client briefs. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site supervisors for timely project execution. Client Engagement & Sales Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and pitch creative design concepts. Convert leads into confirmed design projects through effective consultation and follow-ups. Present project proposals, budgets, and timelines confidently and persuasively. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business. Team Collaboration Work closely with project managers, junior designers, and other team members. Mentor and guide junior designers where required. Ensure all design solutions align with brand guidelines and project goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field. 4 to 5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design. Proven track record in sales . Strong knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
