Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager within the Global Enterprise Services (GES) organization, you will lead strategic, transition, and transformation initiatives. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects in international environments, with a focus on HR, Finance, and Procurement domains. Your key role will involve driving project transitions, strategic initiatives, and business development efforts to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver complex initiatives from scoping to implementation and rollout. - Manage a portfolio of projects focused on service transfer, transformation, and strategic improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, including global stakeholders and Shared Services Centers (SSC). - Drive alignment with GES Strategy and Transformation PPPM, ensuring project delivery meets business objectives. - Engage with stakeholders to define project goals, success criteria, and governance models. - Track project timelines, budget, and risks, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. - Support the integration of newly acquired businesses and operational model enhancements. - Ensure effective change management, communications, and training are embedded into project plans. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in global or regional organizations. - Strong background in managing transformation, transition, and strategy projects. - Expertise in Shared Services (HR, Finance, Procurement) preferred. - Demonstrated success in managing multifunctional, cross-border teams and stakeholders. - Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills. - High adaptability to work in fast-paced, matrixed, and international environments. - Ability to manage projects independently and make data-driven decisions. Nice to Have: - PMP, Prince2, or other recognized Project Management certification. - Experience in Post Merger Integrations or business process outsourcing environments.,
