Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile • Quality inspection of Commercial and residential buildings. • Coordinating between all sites of the company for Quality Control. • Review the process of construction at the site periodically & profess changes to adhere to quality norms. • Following ISO procedures. • Updating ISO documents. • Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company. • Prepare material testing check list, maintaining cube register, material sampling register, water proofing, block work, plastering, tiling, granite false celling register, rejected material register, slump register, etc.
Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites. Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications. Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work. Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities. Order and manage materials required for finishing work. Preferred candidate profile FINISHING - supervisor with good knowledge of all construction projects like Highrise residential projects, commercials projects and industrial projects' and interior works.
