Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing projects, and successfully overseeing end-to-end project execution, who will be responsible for planning and executing projects, while also developing internal policies, creating organizational structure, and streamlining coordination between teams. The candidate should be skilled in communication, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of operational initiatives. The ideal candidate has prior experience in making SOPs, providing structure in organization of teams and policies and should have prior experience with FinTech or E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Develop and implement internal policies, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Coordination & Communication

  • Create clear team structures, roles, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Act as the primary communication link between internal teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, etc.).
  • Conduct regular meetings, track progress, and ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders and management.

Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors relevant to the project.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines, and service-level expectations.
  • Track vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management

  • Understand stakeholder requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
  • Ensure transparency by providing timely updates and addressing concerns proactively.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain complete project documentation including contracts, reports, and process documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Project Management, HR, Fintech/E-Comm Management or related field.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, policy drafting, and SOP creation.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
