Job Description

Speedways Electric is expanding our team to pioneer the future of electric transportation with our new L5 vehicle category. Were seeking a talented Product Development Manager to lead our L5 vehicle category and drive the future of sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product development process for the L5 vehicle category, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
Manage the homologation process to ensure all L5 vehicles meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements for various markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicles.

Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products.

Strong knowledge and experience in vehicle homologation processes and regulatory compliance.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
