Role & Responsibilities

• Support customers throughout the project delivery lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of products and documentation to clients
• Manage and update supplier manufacturing data in PJV systems
• Create and submit documentation data books as per target deadlines
• Communicate proactively with clients about manufacturing and documentation status
• Organize order shipments and coordinate third-party inspections with customers
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure strong order performance
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with both customers and suppliers
• Review and validate sales and purchase orders in the PJV system
• Address manufacturing or documentation issues in coordination with Contract Managers
• Prepare and share project status reports internally and with clients
• Review test certificates to ensure alignment with order specifications
• Flag any commercial risks or opportunities on projects to Contract Manager

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6 years of experience in order management, project coordination, or manufacturing support
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on deadlines and accuracy
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and ERP/project management tools
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments
• Comfortable interacting with international clients and vendors
• Educational background in engineering, industrial operations, or a related field is a plus
