Project Administrator

As a Project Coordinator, your role will involve coordinating and tracking project data and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This includes tasks such as: - Drafting and submitting Statements of Work and project change orders for signature, and tracking them through completion. - Collecting and recording project information into data capture forms for project creation, and inputting updates as necessary. - Providing support for compliance documentation including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Third Party Agreements. - Tracking purchase orders related to projects. - Entering and maintaining employee project assignments in timesheet and utilization tracking systems. - Acting as a liaison between various Operations teams to ensure timely completion of project requests. Qualifications: - Education: BS or BA degree preferred. - Experience: 0-2 years of project coordination or project management experience, or a degree in a related field. - Proficiency in meeting concurrent deadlines across international time zones, and working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with cross-functional and senior stakeholders. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational, planning, and time management skills. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce or other project management software is a plus.,
