Job Description

As a suitable candidate for the position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduation in any field, with a preference for those with Japanese language proficiency. - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Japanese language equivalent to N2 level or above. - ITIL framework certification and a strong understanding of the IT field, along with proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills. - Experience in vendor management, reporting, and metrics management. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift from the Chennai office. - Previous experience in dealing with Japanese clients. - Familiarity with project transitions and end-to-end project deliverables. - Knowledge of BAU/Operation processes.
