Project Administrator

A Project Administrator provides crucial administrative and organizational support to project managers and teams, ensuring smooth operations by handling tasks like scheduling meetings, managing documentation, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication with stakeholders, essentially acting as the backbone that keeps projects organized, on schedule, and within budget. They manage day-to-day logistics, freeing up project managers to focus on strategic direction, making them vital for project success across various industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation: Organizing, updating, and maintaining project files, reports, and records.Scheduling: Arranging meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating timelines.Communication: Serving as a liaison between the team, managers, and stakeholders.Budget & Resources: Assisting with tracking expenses and ensuring efficient resource use.Progress Tracking: Monitoring milestones, tasks, and project deliverables.Administrative Support: Handling general office duties, processing invoices, and supporting team members.

• Age limit 18 to 30

• Language preferred only Tamil

• Most wanted to freshers and college student

• Full time , Part time and Work from home also available.
