Kardex India Pvt Ltd


The role is to ensure successful implementation and handover of Intralogistics projects in India and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for on time delivery within the budget. This role is to lead and build the Country Realization Team and will collaborate strongly with sales, solution design and Life cycle services management teams in the region.


TARGETS

  • Keep the promised delivery time of the project
  • Responsible for accurate Project completion as per forecast
  • Find potential upselling during the project delivery
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CRI) according to global and country strategy targets


RESPONSIBILITIES


Project Management / Coordination

  • Manage the India Net Sales realization process.
  • Manage the organization, internal & external resources, within the realization process.
  • Develop the realization organization and performance as per outlined development plans.
  • Deliver projects on time within budget and achieve high customer satisfaction.


Claim Management

  • Commercial / technical Management.
  • Responsible for evidence through documentation.
  • Negotiation.
  • Issue variation orders.
  • Update +/- list; gap analysis.
  • Responsible for customer and 3rd party claims.


Contract Administrator

  • Keep process under control (e.g. payment terms).
  • Timing in the project / quality gates.
  • Update documentation (back-office role for the project).



REQUIREMENTS


  • B Tech/Eng (Hons) in a technical discipline.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Formal Project Management experience and prior training essential (PMP certification a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position as a project manager/coordinator preferably from SCM background.
  • Electrical/mechanical/electronic or software experience.
  • SAP/ERP/CRM – SFDC or equivalent knowledge is beneficial.
  • Microsoft office knowledge.
  • Project management software knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Local languages like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu will be added advantage.
  • English working knowledge.
  • Flexible to travel for customers visits, up to 25%.
