Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and ensure they are clearly communicated to the development team.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare professional documentation, proposals, and project reports.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Handle project communication with international clients.
• Maintain complete documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in an IT services company.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience in documentation, planning, project tracking tools, and workflow creation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Experience in requirement gathering, project coordination, and documentation.
• Good understanding of IT systems, development processes, and workflows.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
