Qualifications: B.Tech/M.BA degree in computer science or related field preferred

Experience: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in project management and service delivery or a related field is essential. This can include experience in managing large-scale projects, leading teams, and working with service management methodologies.

Collecting and preparing required documents related to the project.

Guiding internal and customer teams/representatives in preparing project related documents (like project charter, project contact details, statement of work, scope of work, project schedule/Bar Chart, vendor details, material procurement details, risk register etc.).

Scheduling & attending the kickoff meetings, scheduling and chairing calls for project progress checks.

Identify all stakeholders and their roles in the project and disseminate them to the technical teams.

Strongly interface with technical teams to gather details on pending tasks and obstacles.

Intervene with internal/external stakeholders directly to resolve issues affecting project execution.

Collecting the progress information, updating the ongoing project list and sharing the project.

blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage service delivery operations/project management activities.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and the ability to manage projects to successful completion.

Ability to understand ITSM tools and knowledge of Service Management which includes, Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLA Management.

Able to handle Major Incident calls and follow up with the RCA documentation where ever required.

Ability to identify and resolve service delivery issues effectively.

Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and the ability to align service delivery with business goals.

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders are also important.

Closing of the project after successful handover and collection of complete payment.

Creating project documentation and maintaining project history documents.

Assist in developing company marketing efforts.

Assist in other project management activities and project related financials.

Working conditions: Flexible to work in EST/PST working Hours
