This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact products. Key Responsibilities: Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear, actionable product specifications. Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and design teams, to ensure successful delivery of features. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate on enhancements based on user feedback and data. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and risks are mitigated. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential opportunities for product innovation. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 6-9 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and program management roles. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and defining product features. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on experience with product management tools and project management software.
