Hiring for USA based big Multinational Company (MNC)

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role ensures project goals align with business objectives and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, or costs, and communicate adjustments clearly.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and post-project evaluations.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined and met throughout the project lifecycle.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members.
Facilitate team collaboration and provide guidance to ensure accountability and performance.
Encourage continuous improvement and lessons learned post-project.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Budget management and financial tracking experience.
