Hiring for USA based Multinational Company (MNC) The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations and solutions. The role focuses on gathering and translating requirements into functional specifications, supporting decision-making, and improving business performance through analysis and process optimization. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments. Conduct gap analysis and assess current processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, and operations to implement solutions. Support project managers and product owners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals. Create process models, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and user stories as needed. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management efforts. Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on business needs and performance data. Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic planning and performance tracking. Ensure business requirements comply with regulatory and data governance standards. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to write clear and concise documentation. Understanding of data modeling, business intelligence, and software development processes is a plus. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
