Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects related to smart water solutions (e.g., IoT-based water meters, STPs, WTPs, AMR/AMI systems). Conduct site surveys to assess technical and logistical project requirements. Prepare detailed project quotations, cost estimates, and technical proposals. Prepare budget plans based on project scope, materials, and labor needs. Develop project budgets aligned with client requirements and internal cost parameters. Create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress. Ensure project completion within the approved budget and timeline. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, field operations, software development, and clients. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation charts. Conduct periodic site visits and supervise on-ground implementation. Maintain accurate documentation including change orders, meeting minutes, technical drawings and reports. Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables. Provide timely and clear communication regarding project updates, delays, or changes. Ensure client satisfaction and project acceptance through effective delivery and support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related). PMP certification is a plus. 5 to 7 years of experience in project management. Strong understanding of IoT technologies, SCADA systems, flow meters, sensors, and PLC-based automation. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
