1. IFMIS Program Delivery

• Led end-to-end implementation of

  state-level IFMIS projects

  covering budgeting, fund release, treasury operations, and accounting.
• Integrated modules like

  HRMS, Pension, Payroll, Taxation, and Procurement

  with core IFMIS.
• Ensured compliance with

  GFR, State Treasury Rules, and audit guidelines

  .

1. Stakeholder Engagement

• Worked closely with

  Finance Secretaries, Treasury Directors, State IT Departments, and World Bank/ADB teams

  .
• Conducted

  training workshops for 1,000+ government staff

  to ensure system adoption.

1. Technology Oversight

• Supervised deployment of

  ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or bespoke IFMIS solutions)
