Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Fire Protection System projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment.
• Execution & Monitoring
• Oversee daily operations on HVAC and fire protection system projects.
• Monitor progress against project plans and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure work is completed to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
• Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead cross-functional project teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Chair project meetings and report on progress, risks, and financials.
• Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and coordinate system testing and commissioning.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, contracts, change orders, and approvals.
• Prepare project status reports, cost tracking summaries, and post-project evaluations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
