Project Manager - Finishes & Interiors (Commercial Projects)

As an Interior Finishing Works Manager for commercial projects, your role will involve overseeing interior finishing works for various commercial spaces such as corporate offices, retail outlets, and hospitality projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, managing, and supervising the end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works. - Coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution. - Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contract agreements with vendors and subcontractors. - Attending Project Management Consultancy (PMC) meetings and effectively representing project updates, challenges, and progress. - Ensuring timely procurement and availability of finishing materials as per project schedules. - Monitoring work quality to ensure adherence to drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. - Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - Tracking project timelines, budgets, and workforce efficiency. - Coordinating with MEP teams to ensure aligned service integration. - Preparing and maintaining reports, site logs, and documentation as per company protocols. - Exhibiting excellent spoken communication skills for client interactions, vendor coordination, and internal briefings. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and contract handling. - Proven experience in attending PMC or client review meetings. - Good understanding of contractual terms, vendor management, and billing process. - Excellent spoken English and communication skills. - Proficiency in project tracking tools (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and reporting software. - Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
