Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our team in managing and delivering projects related to Filenet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing and leading teams to achieve project goals.
Strong knowledge of Filenet and its applications is an added advantage.
