Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MICE Project Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience in Europe Destination Management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare premium ad hoc/MICE offers tailored to client requirements.
Screen and clarify requests from the Sales team.
Conduct desk research for non-contracted suppliers, rates, and related services.
Utilize the KT product platform to check initial rates and availability (Hotels & Venues).
Create detailed breakdown quotations in Excel and share with the Sales team.
Develop PowerPoint presentations at the offer stage as needed.
Liaise with backend Support MICE teams and Procurement teams to arrange pre-bookings of hotels and critical services, ensuring monitoring of deadlines.
Coordinate with the Quotation team to update and upload new MICE products for MICE stakeholders.
Control service and hotel confirmations through coordination with the VI MCC team.
Design and prepare meal plans tailored to client requirements.
Develop detailed Excel-based flowcharts for itineraries, services, and hotel arrangements.
Communicate directly with agents to ensure clarity and smooth operations.
Act as a runner and participate in tour inspections when required.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience of 5 to 8 years in a Europe Destination Management.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in any European language is preferred.
In-depth destination knowledge of Europe.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly data analysis in Excel.
Planning and proactive work approach.
Self-motivated and a good teamwork player.
Good negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
