Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MICE Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align project goals and objectives.
Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates with stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office, Asana, or Trello.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
