We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
to lead our IT projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and maintain high-quality standards while aligning projects with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management
for multiple IT projects.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
.Coordinate between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
.Identify and mitigate project risks
and resolve issues proactively.Manage resource allocation
and track project performance using KPIs.Conduct regular status meetings
with stakeholders and team members.Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company standards.Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies
to enhance team productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
.5+ years
of experience in IT project management.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum frameworks
.Proficiency in project management tools
like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
.Ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM certification
