Project Manager (Electrical)

As a Project Manager for Electrical Construction site High rise Residential tower projects, your role will involve overseeing and managing the electrical aspects of construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed electrical plans, supervise a team of electricians and contractors, oversee the installation of electrical systems, conduct quality control checks, manage project budgets and resources, coordinate with various stakeholders, troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and maintain accurate project documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop detailed electrical plans, equipment specifications, and project timelines - Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical contractors, ensuring safety protocols adherence and high-quality results - Oversee the installation of wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards - Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements - Develop and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for cost-effective electrical operations - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination, resolve issues, and provide project updates - Identify and resolve electrical issues, oversee maintenance, and promote a culture of safety - Maintain accurate project documentation including electrical plans, permits, inspection reports, and change orders **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management within construction industry - Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to lead and motivate a team effectively - Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Communication: Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and address concerns - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects - Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for accurate electrical plans and compliance - Safety Consciousness: Deep understanding of electrical safety protocols - Computer Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office applications If you meet the qualifications and are prepared to manage electrical projects in the construction industry, we welcome you to apply for the position of Project Incharge for Electricals and contribute to the successful completion of our construction projects.,
