*Field Executive - Solar Business* *Job Summary:* We're looking for a Field Executive to manage invoice and documentation processes, coordinate payments, and provide field support for our solar business. You'll work closely with Head Office, Circle/Division/District offices, and installation/sales teams to ensure smooth operations. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage invoice processing and documentation - Coordinate with offices for invoice approvals and payment advices - Support installation and sales teams with execution-related requirements - Attend review meetings and provide updates to Head Office - Visit customers, government departments, and project sites for document submissions and approvals *Required Skills:* - Strong coordination and follow-up skills - Familiarity with government office procedures - Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processes - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel frequently *Ideal candidate:* - Proactive and organized - Able to work independently - Strong communication skills This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, manage documentation, and provide support to ensure business operations run smoothly.
