Project Manager (Electrical)

Following duties and responsibilities:

Pre-Project Planning

- Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Project Execution

- Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.

- Schedule Management: Ensure project timelines are met, and milestones are achieved.

- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Client Communication: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to clients and stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting

- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, including technical, logistical, and contractual problems.

- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.

- Project Close-out

- Project Completion: Ensure that all project deliverables are completed and meet client requirements.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of progress, issues, and resolutions.

- Lessons Learned: Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Additional Responsibilities

- Safety Management: Ensure that all project work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Compliance: Ensure that all project work meets relevant regulatory and industry standards.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
