Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Electrical to oversee project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, manage site teams, and ensure smooth project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Madhura, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Understand project requirements and ensure client expectations are met.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.

2. Drawing Approvals

• Review electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers for drawing clarifications and approvals.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

3. Project Execution

• Oversee day-to-day execution of electrical works on-site.
• Ensure completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor material usage, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

4. Labor Management

• Manage and allocate manpower effectively.
• Resolve labor-related issues and maintain productivity levels.
• Ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.

5. Supervisor Coordination

• Guide and supervise site supervisors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical project management.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle site pressures.
• Willingness to relocate to Madhura, Tamil Nadu (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
