Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical construction activities for multistoried building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure safe and timely execution of site works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a workforce of up to 30 workers/labors on-site.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, especially for multistoried building electrification.
• Oversee and coordinate HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) electrical installation works.
• Ensure all jobs are executed as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates/reports to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate closely with the Safety Officer to ensure zero-tolerance safety compliance at all times.
• Monitor material usage, work quality, and progress at site.
• Manage day-to-day site challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
• Strong knowledge of building electrification systems, HT/LT installations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Proven leadership skills in supervising large teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
