Description
We are hiring a Project Manager for handling Home Automation, Lighting Control, Lighting Audio/Video & Networking Projects.
We prefer candidates from:
Construction • Interior • Electrical • CCTV/ELV • Networking • Telecom • HVAC • BMS
(Training will be provided in automation systems.)
🔵 Key Responsibilities Manage daily site work and supervise technicians.
Plan schedules, assign tasks, and track project progress.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
Handle client calls, updates, and on-site issues.
Check cabling, device installation, quality, and finishing.
Maintain project reports, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure timely completion of automation and🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionCreate project timelines, work schedules, and task breakdowns.
Coordinate with design, programming, procurement, and installation teams.
Ensure project is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
Track progress and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
2. Scheduling & Task Management Prepare daily/weekly project schedules and assign tasks to technicians.
Coordinate manpower, materials, and vendor timelines.
Update project trackers, checklists, and documentation regularly.
Ensure tasks follow proper workflow (cabling → fixing → programming → testing → handover).
3. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project.
Handle calls, give updates, manage expectations, and resolve concerns.
Conduct meetings with architects, interior designers, contractors, and site teams.
Document meeting minutes (MOMs) and share action items clearly.
4. On-Site Coordination & Quality Control Supervise installation work to ensure accuracy and finishing quality.
Inspect cabling, device placement, rack work, and system integration.
Identify and resolve conflicts, design mismatches, and delays on site.
Conduct internal testing, quality checks, and final commissioning.
5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain checklists, wiring diagrams, project trackers, and progress reports.
Document change requests and ensure approvals before execution.
Prepare handover documents, user manuals, and final reports.
Coordinate with finance for billing stages based on project milestones.
🛠 Preferred Backgrounds Candidates from any of the following industries can apply:

Technical project coordination or operations roles
📚 Required Skills Technical Skills Understanding of drawings/layouts (electrical/interior/civil).
Basic knowledge of cabling, devices, networking, or AV (training will be provided).
Strong project tracking, planning, and scheduling skills.
Soft Skills Excellent communication (written + verbal).
Strong leadership and manpower handling.
Problem-solving and conflict management ability.
High discipline, ownership, and follow-up skills.
🎓 Qualifications Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/IT) preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in technical projects are welcome.
PMP or project management certifications are a plus.
