Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve targets for enrollments, batch starts, and placements.
Ensure minimum
10 walk-ins/day
and
20% referral admissions
.
Execute local marketing activities (kiosks, pamphlets, events).
Build partnerships with colleges, NGOs, and employers.
Monitor learner progress and reduce dropouts.
Maintain center infrastructure, safety, and smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with
36 years of experience
in Centre Management, Sales, Operations, or Education.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Target-driven and passionate about empowering youth.
