About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with strong expertise in Corporate Learning and eLearning solutions. The role requires a professional who can successfully lead end-to-end learning projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality corporate training initiatives. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage corporate learning and eLearning projects from initiation to delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Oversee the design, development, and rollout of learning solutions including leadership, communication, compliance, DEI, and change management programs.

Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure successful completion.

Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Instructional Designers, Graphic Artists, Developers, and Video Artists.

Ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational strategies and client goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.

Monitor key metrics such as resource utilization, performance, and delivery quality.

Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.

Qualification:

Diploma or Degree in Animation, Design, Instructional Design, or related field.
