Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure agile practices.
• Mentor and guide project teams for productivity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development 

  or experience in leading teams and managing project deliveries

  .
• 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Skilled in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development (Python, cloud, AI/ML) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 

  CS or IT, Engineering, or related field

  .
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
