Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of IT/software projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing medium to large-scale initiatives and is adept at collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and track milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Design, and Business units.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and communicate project progress via dashboards, reports, and regular status updates.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and coordinate with external vendors when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall experience in project management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering medium to large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
