Project Manager

As a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to join our dynamic IT services team. Your robust background in Salesforce cloud development, coupled with hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations, will be crucial in this role. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as a Project Manager, ensuring seamless communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the main project manager for Salesforce implementations, overseeing project delivery from initiation through post-go-live support. You will be required to elicit business requirements from customer business teams, transform them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with company/project objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate various teams such as Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA, vendors, and customer stakeholders. Communication of project status, risks, and milestones to client business stakeholders and technical teams will be a critical aspect of your role. In this position, you will manage project schedules, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. Facilitating smooth collaboration with Salesforce service partners, overseeing and performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination, and cutover planning will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet best practices and compliance standards. Providing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions will also be expected. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with hands-on projects in Salesforce Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud. A solid understanding of Salesforce customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations, and standard configuration is required. Proficiency in developing solutions in Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued. Salesforce certifications (Developer/Admin/Consultant) are considered highly desirable. This is a full-time role with hybrid/remote options that may be considered. Some travel to customer sites or vendor meetings may be required based on project needs.,
