Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

  1. Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments for their organization.
  2. Timely completion of projects as per launch date.
  3. Build strong bench strength of general contractors, vendors & dealers.
  4. Ensure design team closed integration with projects team for smooth project delivery
  5. Ensure site possession for projects from Day-1
  6. Ensure RFP process effectiveness across all vendor selection
  7. Formulation of SOP’s as per project requirement
  8. Establish budgeted cost in control
  9. Handover to snag free retail stores/project to client.
  10. Responsible for Project budgeting, scheduling and quality control of work in progress for pan India sites.
  11. Work with the other departments to identify and achieve proposed project solutions.
  12. Negotiate terms of contract, scope, and cost with contractors
  13. Prepare construction cost estimates and schedules for approval by Senior Management
  14. Develop budgetary and weekly progress reports for review of Senior Management & Client which includes Projects and capital improvements
  15. Communicate with a range of people including subcontractors, suppliers, dealers & Client.
  16. Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure accuracy and verify all aspects of work scope, pricing, design & change orders for assigned projects.
  17. Effectively communicate with regional operation team and manage to deliver the output within the estimated timeline.
  18. Travel to sites within the assigned asset portfolio on a consistent basis.
  19. Review drawings for adherence to standards.
  20. Vendor development- developing new vendor for future work.
  21. Should have knowledge of fabrication and materials like printing, painting, lights, new technology, wood, metal fabrication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have experience of around 6-8 years in branding or retail fixture roll-outs.
  • Preferred from Agency background having technical knowledge such BOQ/BOM preparation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
