Project Manager

We are seeking for a Project lead with strong experience in Livelihood Promotion, Biodiversity Conservation, and Environmental Management to join our team and contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in various aspects of agriculture with Post-Graduate(MSW/ Development Studies/ MARD) with a strong focus on sustainable and innovative farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Oversee and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to the timeline and budget.

§ Coordinate with field staff and stakeholders to execute project components like training, capacity building, and infrastructure development.

§ Promote sustainable and climate-resilient agroecology based agricultural practices among beneficiaries.

§ Collaborate with local communities, government departments, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

§ Foster partnerships with NGOs, private entities, and research institutions for technical and financial support.

• Maintain regular communication with donors, providing updates on progress and challenges.
• Ensure efficient utilization of project funds, adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Monitor financial transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Mobilize additional resources, if required, for scaling up project activities.
• Identify risks related to project implementation and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and legal norms.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports to donors, partners, and internal teams.
• Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories for replication and knowledge sharing.
